Of course there are several reasons as to why you should. One of the best reasons is to help keep your muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints in check. I mean, if that's not enough of a reason, I don't know what is!!!
Sports massage promotes recovery for those achey muscles, by promoting fresh blood to heal the area. It helps prevent injury too, which is essential for us to maintain our level of exercise and activity.
I feel it's all well and good explaining the benefits of sports massage, but until you've actually had one, I don't think explaining the benefits give the results justice!
