CORE Fascial Release

CORE Fascial Release® is designed to Coax Order and Restore Energy to the body/mind core. It’s effective if you are experiencing pain or lack of movement, want to enhance your overall performance or simply be more in touch with your body/mind core. It can be used as a specific treatment or alongside other therapies.

It differs from our other treatments as it works through the connective tissue (fascia) of your body to find where there is tension, pain or restriction. We then work together with you, adding movement and breathwork to create ease in the affected area.

This approach is anchored in two beliefs:

  1. Old physical, mental, emotional, chemical and energetic trauma can be stored in the body, inhibiting freedom and movement.

  2. Symptoms often point us to a problem without necessarily showing where it's located.

CORE treatment unwinds fascial restrictions that hold old trauma. As we work with you, we partner with you by creating freedom, movement, breath, and health in your system, which will improve movement, pain and illness.

CORE Fascial Release: About

Is CORE Fascial Release® right for me?

We can help you decide if the treatment is right for you. This type of treatment can be very effective for many ailments, including anyone who:

  • Feels they bounce from one pain to the next

  • Experiences persistent chronic pain

  • Feels that their emotions are manifesting themselves as tension in the body and holding them back physically

  • Simply feels ‘stuck’

  • Suffers from a chronic illness such as Fibromyalgia

These can all be signs that your nervous system sees threat and your brain outputs pain as a protection mechanism. The scars from an old injury may have healed physically and emotionally, but the nervous system may not have adjusted its threat level.

CORE work can be performed as a single therapy or as part of a more general soft tissue treatment.

If you are interested in this type of treatment, then let Grayce know.
